Heat Press Instructions

Proper heat press settings are important for strong adhesion, durability, and long-lasting print quality.
Recommended Heat Press Settings
Temperature
300°F – 320°F
Press Time
10–15 Seconds
Pressure
Medium to Firm Pressure
Peel
Hot Peel or Warm Peel
Application Instructions
Step 1 – Prepare Garment
Pre-press the garment for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
Step 2 – Position Transfer
Place the DTF Transfer on the garment with the design facing upward in the desired location.
Step 3 – Press Transfer
Press using the recommended temperature, pressure, and time settings.
Step 4 – Peel Film
Allow the transfer to cool slightly, then peel the film smoothly.
Step 5 – Final Press
Cover the design with parchment paper, butcher paper, or a finishing sheet and press again for 5–10 seconds for a softer finish and improved durability.
Washing Instructions
For best results:
- Wash garments inside out
- Use cold water
- Tumble dry low or air dry
- Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals
- Do not iron directly on the design
Proper care helps extend the life of the print.
