To ensure the best possible print quality, please follow these artwork guidelines before submitting your files to PrintphoriaUSA.

Proper artwork setup helps prevent delays, print issues, low-quality results, and production errors.

Recommended File Formats

For the best results, we recommend:

  • PNG with transparent background
  • 300 DPI resolution
  • AI, PDF, PSD, and high-quality JPG files accepted

Vector files are recommended whenever possible for the sharpest print quality.

Artwork Requirements

Resolution

All artwork should be created at 300 DPI for clean and sharp printing.

Low-resolution images may print blurry or pixelated.

Transparent Backgrounds

DTF artwork should have a transparent background unless the background is intended to print.

Please remove unwanted backgrounds before uploading your files.

Correct Sizing

Upload artwork sized correctly for printing. Enlarging small artwork may reduce print quality.

Always check dimensions before submitting your order.

Color Accuracy

Colors may appear slightly different on screen compared to printed products due to monitor settings and printing processes.

We recommend using high-quality artwork with strong contrast and clean colors.

Text & Small Details

Small text and thin lines may not print clearly if they are too fine.

  • Avoiding extremely thin details
  • Outlining text when possible
