Recommended File Formats

High-quality artwork gives our production team more information to work with and helps preserve the details of your design.

PNG With Transparency

PNG files with a transparent background are recommended for artwork that needs a clean edge around the design.

300 DPI Resolution

Artwork should ideally be prepared at 300 DPI for sharp, professional print quality.

AI / PDF / PSD

Vector and editable files such as AI, PDF, and PSD can provide excellent flexibility during production.

High-Quality JPG

High-resolution JPG files can also be accepted when prepared at the correct size and quality.

Artwork Requirements

Please review these basic requirements before submitting your artwork for production.

Resolution Use high-resolution artwork whenever possible. 300 DPI is recommended for the best print results.
Transparent Backgrounds Remove unwanted backgrounds when your design requires a clean transparent edge.
Correct Sizing Prepare artwork close to the final print size whenever possible to help maintain detail and proportions.
Color Accuracy Keep colors consistent and remember that printed colors can vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
Text & Small Details Avoid extremely thin lines and very small text that may not reproduce clearly at the final print size.
Gang Sheet Guidelines

Make Every Inch
Count.

When preparing a gang sheet, arrange your artwork efficiently while keeping enough spacing around each design for clean cutting and application.

  • Keep artwork at the intended print size.
  • Leave reasonable spacing between individual designs.
  • Use transparent backgrounds when required.
  • Check every design before submitting your sheet.
  • Make sure important details are not cropped.
